Talent Release Forms

A signed release from every person who appears on camera. Sign it here. Hang on to the original in your e-mail just in case.
Location Agreements

Written permission for every location you filmed in, including any permits for public spaces.

Film Export

3840x2160 (4K) or 1920x1080 (HD). Five minutes maximum, including credits.
Two Thumbnails

One 1920x1080 (wide) with your title on it, and one 1080x1080 (square) with no title.
Title on FilmFreeway

Enter the final title on your FilmFreeway submission. This is the title we put on screen and on the ballot.
Synopsis

Written into your FilmFreeway submission. A few sentences is plenty.
Credits

Full cast and crew list, so we can consider you for every possible award nomination.
Behind the ScenesOptional

Photos or clips from the shoot. We use these to promote the Showcase.
